Thinking of doing a 2-month post mortem update on this that answers exactly that question, but initial surveys suggest tech roles/SWE as of now.

Wow! I'm so happy I stumbled on this article, a great read. Even in Canada we are not immune to these feelings as a lot of collaboration across borders means a lot of shared funding. A project I was working on has been paused until there's more stability.
